Blessed Souls, this is Archangel Michael.

Today we would like to bring forth some understanding of this fascinating subject called Sun.

Sun is known by many names and all cultures throughout history has honored the Sun. Many temples, monuments and statues are erected in honor of this powerful force. What does Sun make such an importance? All human beings, at the deepest part of themselves, know about the importance of Sun as Sun is one of the energies within you. What does it mean? Soul frequency contains the essence of many lights, and one is of Sun. So your soul remembers Sun. Hence it seeks Sun for its nurturance and growth. Without the Sun, there is no life and without Sun there will not be any growth - whether it be the human beings, animals, plants and all of creation in this galaxy. Sun provides the right amount of essence to open the seeds of life - from the single cell into a fetus and then into a fully developed human being in the mother's womb. In the same way, Sun provides the right essence for the seeds to germinate and grow into a plant/tree. When there is no sun, nothing can grow because the Sun breaks down the components which are needed for growth - for eg, the development of bones in a human body, the development of the mineral and metal kingdoms, the crystals, the oil which we get from the ground - all are supported by the essence of Sun.

When there is no Sun, there is no life force on the ground and also underground. Sun is the main supplier of life force for all living things including the microbes and bacteria which are needed for the continuation of water coming out from the deep bowls of the earth and also for the animals to multiply and grow. Sun also plays a bigger role in the earth's grid system which are the energy points of Mother Earth. So Sun encompasses all aspects of life on the earth and underneath the earth.

Many traditions had and still have elaborate rituals and ceremonies to honor the Sun. In ancient Egypt, Sun was the main God called Aton Ra. The Atlanteans worshipped Sun and had an elaborate temple dedicated to Sun. There are temples dedicated to Sun in India, Tibet, Africa and many other countries. Stonehenge in UK is dedicated to the honoring of the Sun and Moon.

What does sun do in the human body, besides supporting the growth of bones. Sun supports creating calcium in the bones. Sun also supports the original light within the Pineal Gland. Sun supports the endocrine systems in the body and also the pituitary and hypothalamus which are vital for the knowing and awakening of the Spirit within us.

In the workshop, we will discuss in detail the above points and also present exercises to connect with this vital life force.

Some of the topics which will be covered are - 

• Sun - Geometric pattern and the ceremony related to the Sun and the sound to call forth the Sun energy.
• Moon - another important aspect in the development of human consciousness will be discussed and the geometric pattern and the ceremony related to it will be shown along with the sound.
• Sun Initiation - Visiting the inner sanctum of the Sun and initiation with the Spirit of the Sun.
• Opening the solar disc of the Head (everyone has a solar disc on the head). Guided Meditation to open the solar disc of the head.
• Breathing exercises - Breathing in the Sun energy and bringing it into all the chakras and anchoring the energy into each chakra - 1 to 12.
• Sun healing - How to use Sun energy to bring about healing in the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
• How to attune to the Sun energy (attunement is different than initiation)

今天，我們想為大家帶來太陽這個令人著迷的主題的一些理解。

歷史上所有文化都尊崇太陽，而且人們給予了太陽許多名字。人們建造了許多寺廟、紀念碑和雕像，來榮耀這股強大的力量。人們為何如此重視太陽呢？所有的人類，在內心深處，都知道太陽的重要性，因為太陽是我們內在的能量之一。這是什麼意思？靈魂頻率包含了許多光的本質，其中之一就是太陽。所以你的靈魂會記得太陽，並尋求它的滋養和成長。沒有太陽，就沒有生命，也不會有任何的生長。無論是人類、動物、植物，或是這個星系中的所有生物皆然。太陽為單細胞、胎兒，以及母親子宮中發育完全的人類，提供了適量的精華，來開啟生命的種子。同樣地，太陽也會為種子發芽，並長成植物/樹木，提供適當的營養。太陽會分解生長所需的成分。因此若沒有太陽，任何東西都將無法生長。例如，太陽的精華能量支持人體骨骼的發育、礦物和金屬王國的發展、水晶、或我們從地面所獲取的石油等。

當沒有太陽時，地面和地下就沒有了生命力。太陽是所有生物生命力的主要供應者。太陽也為地球深處不斷源源流出的水中的微生物和細菌，以及動物的繁殖和生長提供了能量。太陽在代表著大地母親能量點的地球網格系統中，發揮著更大的作用。因此，太陽的影響力涵蓋了地球表面和地下生命的各個面向。

一直以來，許多傳統都仍然有著複雜的儀式和儀典，來榮耀太陽。在古埃及，太陽是一位被稱為阿頓拉(Aton Ra)的主要神祉。亞特蘭提斯人崇拜太陽，並有一座精心設計的太陽神廟。在印度、西藏、非洲和許多其他國家，也都有供奉太陽的寺廟。英國的巨石陣也是為了榮耀太陽和月亮而建造的。
