In the vastness of the Universe, you all are bright specks of shining light. Your light is as brilliant as the greatest Sun. You are returning to the brightness of your brilliance through the remembrance and joining with All That You Are and becoming I AM Who I AM.
In the vast playground of life on the earth, one goes through many trials and tribulations over the course of many life times and one creates and accumulates many energies of imbalance and one of the purpose of being born again and again is to balance and transmute many of the energies created by you. Since you created the unbalanced energy and most of the time, simply as a surviving method, you in your life must also use your wisdom to uncreate and recreate your life anew. There is an abundance of information and wisdom on how to create balance.
One of the tools not well known or studied is the understanding of Soul Fragmentation and Soul Healing. Due to the shock and pain of a particular experience and especially if it is of a traumatic nature, there will be splintering of the soul light particles. The soul in its infinite wisdom will leave the body, and only a miniscule of its full energy stays and is available in the third dimensional carbon based body so as to protect the fullness of the soul frequency. What does it mean? During great trauma and shock, the filament of energy of which the geometric patterns are created, begins to crack and in severe case, dismantled partially or fully. When this happens, the very building blocks of our life gets crumbled. So the soul protects this basic foundation for deteriorating and dismantling, by splitting the traumatic part of light particles which is embedded in the soul frequency to leave so that it can heal and rejuvenate.
When this happens, you are without your full soul essence and it can feel overwhelming and is expressed as deep depression, dis-orientation, lack of self love, self loathing, sleeplessness, and much more.
Many ancient ones understood this and they did ceremonies and rituals to coax and bring the lost parts of the soul back.
