Most people live in ignorance, driven by the old memories of their mental body and overwhelmed by the waves of their emotional body, mistakenly believing that to be "themselves." True healing is the shift from "becoming the experiencer" to "becoming the observer."

These 24 levels of technique are profound because they peel away illusion layer by layer:

Levels 1-4 (Purification and Rooting): Allowing blocked energy to flow and reviving frozen vitality. This is a merciful forgiveness of the body and energy field.

Levels 5-8 (Repair and Balance): From geometric structures to yin and yang energies, from dealing shadows to ancestral traumas—human beings are divided because of inner conflict. Balance is not about suppressing one side, but about allowing opposing forces to reconcile.

Levels 9-12 (The Dark Night of the Soul and Trust): The deepest wounds often stem from a break with divinity. Healing is not about skipping over the darkness, but about holding your own hand in the darkness until you rediscover the larger net.

Levels 13-20 (Sovereignty and the Power of Nature): Removing energy hooks, repairing the auric field, and awakening the spirit of the tree—this is a reaffirmation: My energy field is sacred and inviolable, and I am connected to all things.

Levels 21-24 (Divine Connection and Unity): From Jesus to Hilarion, from polarity to electromagnetic balance—this is the intersection of spiritual traditions and the ultimate reality: separation is an illusion, and unity is the way home.

Awakening in Healing: Guidance for Fellow Travelers

Healing and awakening are not sequential, but two sides of the same coin. If you are on this path, please remember:

1. Don't cling to the state of "good healing." True healing is not about never feeling pain again, but about living in awareness even when in pain. Allow yourself to sometimes regress, sometimes to shed tears; that is also part of healing.

2. Transform every technique into a "dialogue with yourself."

When you rebalance your yin and yang energies, ask yourself: "Is my inner yang energy (action, boundaries) suppressing the yin energy (acceptance, flow)? Or are they dancing together?" Let the technique be a mirror for self-understanding.

3. Surrender to the rhythm of your soul, not the pace of your mind.

You may linger on a certain step for a long time, or skip a step—it's all fine. The soul has its own time zone. True awakening is trusting the unseen navigator.

4. Bring healing into the smallest cracks of life.

You don't have to wait to complete all 24 steps. When you're stuck in traffic and anxious, that's an opportunity to release old emotions; when you're impatient with your family, that's a time to heal your inner shadows. Awakening is in every breath.

5. Be your own mentor.

Ultimately, you don't depend on a particular teacher or symbol. When you heal to a certain depth, you will find yourself as the embodiment of that "awakened one"—gently witnessing, non-judgmentally allowing, and infinitely loving the little self that is still struggling.
