What is life source energy? It is the energy coursing through your body which propels the engine of your life - mind, body and spirit. It is the very life blood of yours. Where does this energy come from? What feeds it? Where did this originate and what is the higher purpose of this? Have your ever wondered about it? What drives your body to think, act in a specific way? Is there a part in your body which creates it? And if so, what animates it? Is it your breath? Or the food you intake or is it your heartbeat or your intent? Or all the above in varying proportions? Does it have anything to do with the elements in your body or your soul evolution?

Your body is intricately connected to the essence of Mother Earth. Your life source energy comes from that. Your body is made up of Mother Earth's body and hence you carry this. Your cellular structure is connected to the elements within you and through it to Mother Earth. So when you make a conscious connection to Mother Earth, you will draw forth more of life source energy into you.

In the web class, we would present the following:

1. The sacred sound to connect to Gaia through certain parts of the body to draw forth more of this life source energy.

2. The three primary life source energy - energy of creation, energy of evolution and energy of transcendence.
