In this new consciousness which is being birthed on the planet, opening and integrating the energies of Pineal is of utmost importance. A new rennisance is happening on the planet and this is called the Fifth Wave of Consciousness. The previous four were - 

Nomadic consciousness and Hunters and Gatherers consciousness

Agriculture, farming and domestication of animals consciousness

Industrial and mass production/consumer consciousness

Technology and modes of transmitting energy and info (also computers) consciousness

Spiritual awakening and the ability to know that all are from the same source and Unity consciousness.

This fifth wave is the most powerful of these five and will be the foundational energy for the beginning of a new earth and will last more than two thousand years.

Every understanding of the Creation process will be subjected to intense scrutiny and evaluation and a new platform will be created about the process of creation and our own participation in this. The secret of this new foundation can be found in the Pineal Gland. One must fully infuse the energy of pineal gland to fully move into this fifth wave. The intensity of the energy on the planet will only increase in the coming years and time will look like speeding up. Events will move much faster and quicker and one must be able to be in alignment with this fast changing reality. By integrating our energy, you will be filled with your own Divine Soul Light and this light will guide you gently to be in this fifth wave and also in the changes happening in a smooth way.

Now how do you open and connect with our energy? Many traditions use differing modes to connect with us.

We suggest using the Breath method combined with visualization of colors and sound frequency. We ask you to breath through both your nostrils and while holding the breath send it to the back of the neck and then push it upwards going all the way to the Soul Star Charka (situated about 8 inches above the head) and then bringing the breath back to your nostril area and releasing it fully. Do this for a period of ten minutes. You can also use sound while you are doing this. Softly like a gentle whisper you can make the sound ArrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaVaaaaaa

while doing the breathing. Imagine or visualize that you are also taking colors during this process. The color to visualize is a metallic silver. If you can do visualize this color along with your breathing through out the period of your breathing, you will start to feel the energy moving in your Pineal Gland which is right behind in the neck - exact opposite of your third eye area.

Practice this exercise for a minimum of 45 days. By this time. you would have integrated the energy fully and it will become a part of you and simply by focusing and giving intent in that area will itself start the process of connecting with your pineal gland. 

You have heard about the many spirit energies inside a human body - Spirit of Moon, the Spirit of the Elements, Spirit of the Sun etc.. Now where is their home in the physical body. It is in the Pineal Gland. To fully experience and feel the multidimensionality of who you are - to feel and be one with the creation and the cosmos, one must fully integrate the energy of the Pineal. Ancient one called this the God Gland or the Omni Gland. Your pineal gland also is responsible for all the rhythms of life like the sleep patterns, the growth of your body parts, hair and nails, the ageing cycles, the cycles of time and your body's response to it is all regulated by this gland.

Now when the energy of Pineal is downloaded into the First Cell, the egg and the sperm meet, the energy of the Father Mother God energy is placed inside. This is also the time when the game of illusion starts. You can in your meditation time simply ask that this separation between the Father/Mother God energy be unified into one and ask that this new reality be communicated to each and every cell in your body. Slowly you will start to see pull of the illusions getting weaker and weaker in your life. Pineal Gland regulates the inter action between the seen and the unseen - between the Truth and the Illusion.

Now in your history, many of the Avatars and the Masters has had their Pineal Gland fully opened when they were born. Master Yeshua was one. His Father's and Mother's Pineal gland was also fully opened. The great music composer - Mozart had also his pineal gland fully opened when he was born. Many of the new children born in to the world have their pineal gland opened much more than the average adult and the new children who will be coming in the 2020 and onwards will also have their pineal gland fully open. Not only will they be able to remember who they are because of this, but they will also be great light carriers. Many of these children are slated to be born in the Middle East - and especially Israel and Palestine. Their light will heal many divisions emanating from the past.

Now your pineal gland is very attracted to geometrical pattern and the pineal gland itself is in the shape of a cone. If you can visualize a cone shape gland at the back of the head right above the medulla oblangota and see it opening its cone shape and instead of the cone shape, it has now, it is slowly becoming a round shape. Now fill this round shape with a soft colour of your choosing and then bring this colour into your mouth area and exhale it through the ears. This will have a big impact on your emotional body while simultenously opening the pineal gland. The original gland was in the shape of round, and because of not using it for long periods of time, it took the shape of a cone protecting the very essence of what is insi

你們的松果體非常喜歡幾何圖形，而且松果體本身就是一個圓錐形。請你們觀想一個位於後腦勺正上方延髓處的圓錐形腺體，正在慢慢地張開，並變成了一個圓形。 現在，請選擇一個柔和的顏色，然後用這個色彩，充滿這個圓形。接下來，請將這個色彩帶入你的嘴部，然後透過耳朵呼出。這個練習不但會開啟你們的松果體，同時還會對你們的情緒體，產生巨大的影響。松果體原本是圓形的，但由於人們長期沒有加以使用，以至於它為了保護自己的精華能量，而變成了圓錐形。松果體內的上帝粒子，是所有創造物中的原始粒子。造物主因著自己對於其創造物的愛，於是將創造的本質，放入了人類和其他生物的松果體之中。我們鼓勵你們去深究這一點，並與之合作，因為它可以完全改變你們的生活，並幫助你們迅速地轉變許多過時的信念系統。當這些轉變發生時，你們的實相自然會立即隨之轉變。
