Greetings Beloved Beings of Light,

this is Master Kuthumi. I bring you the energy of expansion and integration today.

See yourself bathed in a yellow and pink light brining you solace, peace and love into your heart. Breath deeply dear ones.

At this time of heightened awareness and awakening, I would like to talk about the importance of connecting with one's guide and working with them. All of you are aware that every human alive on the planet has guides and teachers. As you move into higher consciousness, you will have higher guides and higher vibrational masters coming into you. The time has come for humanity to first of understand that they have guides and then start acknowledging them, for they are waiting in wings to contact you. The veil has been lifted high enough for them to start connecting with you in a very real way.

Many of these guides are beings of light with whom you have had lived before and have known each other before. Others are here for specific purposes like special teachings which you have agreed to master before you come into the earth plane. When you ask
and give intent for the guides to step into your energy field, it is usually a life changing moment, for the love and support you will have from your guides is nothing like the one you have ever experienced in the third dimensional word. The guides are here only in support of you and loving you, no matter what you do on the earth plane.

How does one connect with one's guides? What is the benefit of connecting with one's guide?

Breathe deeply dear ones. And when you are in your meditative space, ask and give intent to connect with your personal guides. For those of you who would like to visualize, see a golden door opening. See one of your guides stepping out of this door. The guides stepping out of this door will exclude an energy of deep peace and unconditional love. See this love and peace surrounding you and bathing you. When you feel comfortable with this energy, acknowledge this presence and ask its name. The name might or might not be an earthly name you may recognize. Also the guide may or may not be in a humanoid form. Depending upon your belief systems and cultural understanding, the guides will appear to you in the form you feel most comfortable. For the indigenous people, the guide may even appear in the form of our animal brothers or birds. For some, the guides might come in the form of Tree spirits/Flower spirits or otherwise. So do not put an expectation on the form your guide will appear. Allow it to happen.

Once you have made the initial connection, ask your guides to give you the message it is bringing through then. It may be a message for you to turn inward or listen to your still inner soul voice or others. The message for each person will be different. Once you familiarize yourself with your guides, ask them to show you their signature energies. So that the next time they appear in your presence, you will instantly recognize them through this signature. For some, the energy signature may come in the form of beautiful flower essence smell, or the energy signature may come in the form of beautiful music being heard in your ear. These energy signatures are very subtle, so be alert for these. The more you start connecting with your guides, the energy bond is strengthened between you both.

Once you both become familiar and comfortable with each other, then you may ask your guides to bring you or to point you to the wisdom, the teachings you need for your evolution. For some, the wisdom may be in releasing anger, hatred, guilt, fear etc., For the guides know your soul's higher purpose for being here on the earth and their only concern is about your spiritual growth. So the initial teachings may be a simple word and depending upon the path, you are in, the teachings may be profound. Once you start working with the teachings they have brought and they see that you have raised your vibration, then they will start bringing you higher truths and higher wisdom. These higher wisdom teachings will include the teachings of working with the lower and higher rays, working with different light bodies, anchoring energies from the logos etc.

One suggested method of working with Guides is to ask your guides to transport you daily during your sleep state to the different healing chambers situated in the ashrams of many masters. There is a Golden Healing chamber at the ashram of Lord Buddha and you can ask to be taken to this chamber for deep cleansing and healing. Also there are many chambers at the ashram of Mahatma and you can request to be taken to these chambers for purification and healing. There are also chambers for wisdom, creativity, releasing, purification etc., You may also request your guides and teachers to anchor higher vibrational energy in to you and also to work with you in integrating your
physical mind with your Soul Mind.

Dear ones,

it is truly a great gift to connect with one's own personal guides. For they will point you in the right direction of your soul's path. They will never interfere in your personal lives for they honor each individual's free choice. Many a time, the guides will simply place the most appropriate wisdom in front of you, and it is up to each individual to choose from what is placed. Many a time the guides will lead you to connect with your heart and connect with your own inner teacher to find the answers you seek, thus building your confidence in yourself and also in the faith and trust you have in your soul.

These are some of the ways you may work your personal guides and teachers. As you progress in your spiritual path, your guides and teachers will change bringing you higher wisdom and truth.

請觀想自己沐浴在黃色與粉紅色的光芒中，並讓這光芒為你的心帶來慰藉、平和與愛。親愛的，請深呼吸。

在這個覺知高度提升與覺醒的時刻，我想與大家談談與自己的指導靈連結並共同合作的重要性。你們所有人都知道，地球上每一個人都擁有指導靈與導師。當你進入越來越高的意識層次時，會有更高階的指導靈與更高振動的大師前來與你連結。

現在是人類首先要理解自己擁有指導靈，然後開始接納並認可他們的時候了，因為他們正在等待，準備與你們建立聯繫。正因為此刻地球與較高實相之間的薄紗已被掀得夠高，所以這時他們即能夠以非常真實的方式與你們連結。

在這些指導靈中，有許多光的存有。你們曾在過去的生世中與他們相識、共處。其他指導靈則是為了特定目的而來，例如你們在進入地球層面之前，已同意要掌握的特別教導。當你提出請求並設定意圖，讓指導靈進入你的能量場時，這通常會是一個改變生命的時刻。你將從指導靈那裡，獲得自己在三維度世界中，從未體驗過的愛與支持。無論你在地球上想要做些什麼，指導靈只為支持你、愛你而存在。

如何與自己的指導靈連結？與指導靈連結有什麼好處？

親愛的，請深呼吸。當你進入一個冥想空間時，請求並設定意圖與你的個人指導靈連結。如果你喜歡觀想，可以觀想一扇打開的金色之門，並看見你的一位指導靈從門中走出來。從這扇門走出來的指導靈，會散發出深沉的平和與無條件的愛。觀想這愛與平和的能量環繞並澆灌著你。當你在這個能量中感到自在時，請認可這位臨在，並詢問他的名字。他的名字可能會是、也可能不是你所熟悉的地球名字。指導靈也可能不是以類人的形態出現。

指導靈會根據你的信念系統與文化理解，以你感覺最舒服的形式呈現。對原住民而言，指導靈可能以動物兄弟或鳥類的形態出現；對某些人來說，則可能是樹靈、花靈或其他形式。因此，請不要對指導靈的外在形式抱有期待，讓它自然發生。

一旦你完成最初的連結之後，請求你的指導靈給予此刻他所想要傳達給你的訊息。他可能要你向內觀照、或聆聽內在靈魂靜默的聲音，或是其他訊息。每個人的訊息都會有所不同。

當你逐漸熟悉自己的指導靈後，請求他們向你展示自己的能量特徵。這樣下次當他們出現時，你就能立刻透過這個特徵辨識出他們。對某些人來說，這樣的能量特徵可能是美麗的花香，或是在耳邊聽見的美妙音樂。這些能量特徵非常細微，請保持警覺。當你與指導靈有越多的連結時，你們之間的能量連結就會越強。

當你們彼此熟悉並感到自在後，你就可以請求指導靈為你帶來或指引你所需要的智慧與教導，來協助你進化。對某些人來說，這樣的智慧可能是釋放憤怒、仇恨、愧疚、恐懼等。指導靈知曉你的靈魂在地球的更高目的，他們唯一關心的是你的靈性成長。因此，最初的教導可能是簡單的一句話，但隨著你所走的道路，教導也會變得深刻。

當你開始運用他們帶來的教導，並且當他們看到你提升振動後，他們就會開始帶來更高的真理與更高的智慧。這些更高智慧的教導包括：與較低與較高之光合作、與不同的光體合作、錨定來自生命起源振動音頻「羅格斯」（Logos）的能量等等。

我們建議的其中一個方法是：每天請求你的指導靈在你睡眠時，帶你前往各位大師不同的療癒室。你可以請求被帶到佛陀的金色療癒室，去進行深度清理與療癒。聖雄（Mahatma）也有許多療癒室，你可以請求被帶去進行淨化與療癒。還有專門用於智慧、創造力、釋放、淨化等的療癒室。你也可以請求指導靈與導師為你錨定更高振動的能量，並幫助你整合物質的頭腦與靈魂的頭腦。

親愛的家人們，

與自己個人的指導靈連結，真的是一份極大的禮物。因為他們會指引你走向靈魂正確的道路。他們絕不會干涉你的個人生活，因為他們會尊重每個人的自由意志。許多時候，指導靈只會把最適合的智慧放在你面前，至於要如何選擇，則取決於每個人。許多時候，他們會引導你連結自己的心，並與你內在的導師連結，以找到你所尋求的答案，從而建立你對自己的信心，以及對靈魂的信念與信任。

以上是一些你可以與個人指導靈和導師共事的方式。隨著你在靈性道路上前進，你的指導靈與導師也會有所變化，以為你帶來更高的智慧與真理。
