What is Channeling? There are many interpretations to this question. Our Universe consists of many energies and many realities. Everything in the Universe is energy and everything every time is emitting energy. The Universe also has many realities, and we exist simultaneously in many realities and many other dimensions. Every experience we have, including our thinking - including subtle thoughts, produces an energy field and this is sent out and this can be picked up and interpreted.
Channeling is the ability to pick up these energy fields and understand or read them. The ability to understand or read them is an inherent quality everyone has, and everyone is born with this gift. However, like everything else in the Universe, one must recognize this gift and work with it to develop it further. Like a muscle in a human body, when exercised and proper care is taken, it develops fully and it supports the body optimally, in the same manner, one must work with this inherent gift and work with it. Since we are one with the Universe and everything else created in the Universe, we are all subtly connected to all and through this connection, one can easily read the energy patterns one is transmitting whether it be a bird, or an animal or a brook or a mountain or anything else.
In the workshop which I will be presenting for two full days, I will lay out the basic ground rules one must be aware of before they start channeling. These include the ability to properly understand and interpret the images/thought patterns, emotions they experience while channeling and then bring it to a coherent way one can explain to the clients they are reading.
The workshop is divided into 4 quarters - starting with the explanations of the basic concept of channeling, then moving into channeling practice with some of the elemental kingdoms like Wood, Stone, Crystal and Water. Specific techniques are given on how to connect with these and bring out the answers you seek from them.
This will take the full morning session and in the afternoon, we move into connecting with famous personalities who has passed away and who had made a contribution to this world and still has a great impact on us. We will connect with personalities like Mahatma Gandhi, Mozart, Michael Jackson and a few others. We will also work in connecting with world teachers like Master Jesus, Master Buddha and others including the angelic beings. For some of these, we will be using visual images as a reference point or better connection.
On the second day in the morning session, we will continue the practice session with connecting with more subtle forms of energy like Gold, Essence of Sound, Live Plant and Human Hair.
The afternoon session will consist of a short meditation to connect with our Higher Selves and then channeling our Higher Self. Later we will form small groups among the participants and practice channeling our Higher Selves.
What is required to be a good channeler is the belief in ourselves and our ability to do this and then practice. Practicing a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes every day can support one much in making an energetic connection with the beings they are trying to channel. The deeper the connection, the deeper the messages come through. If practiced constantly one can easily with in a short span of time can open and receive much higher vibrations and energy coming through.
There are many cases of participants who within a 6 month period has been able to use their channeling ability as a healing tool and also to create monetary energy exchange.
Channeling is an inherent ability everyone is born with. Like all abilities, one must open this gift within themselves and work with it and practice so that it becomes a natural part of your energy field. Channeling and Healing abilities are natural part of your Soul's consciousness.
One of the main difficulties for people to channel is the belief they carry - that they are not capable to bring forth messages from the other side. This belief, which stems from their belief systems, is the main obstacle in being able to channel.
There are several ways of bringing forth messages from the other side. Trans channeling, conscious channeling, co-joining with the energy you wish to connect with etc.,
When one starts to practice channeling, one must consider these important factors. Number one is Protection. Protecting one's energy field from energies which are not benevolent. The Universe is teeming with many different energies and all of them are not loving and benevolent. So, protection is a must.
Second point is that you are in harmony with the energy you are bringing forth. Look to see how you feel. Feeling is the key. Does the message you are bringing forth loving and expansive?
Third point is in the ability to interpret and understand the messages coming through - for many a time the messages coming through may not be in a language format, but in symbols and images.
The benefits of any practice is more self awareness. The benefits of channelling is that you raise your vibration when you connect and bring in the higher vibrations of the Beings you are channelling. This will raise your frequency and also help in healing Mother Earth. Remember, each time, you raise your vibration, you are helping yourself and also Mother Earth as you both are intimately connected.
Personal benefits of channelling - More in touch with your Core Self, More self awareness, more of higher frequency with in you and knowing of your soul path and soul mission.
More benefits are in the way you perceive life and your role in it. You become a conscious co-creator of your life and fully participating in it. It can also bring about healing your ancestral energy, as you heal, your past is healed and you start creating a beneficial future. Also by bringing higher wisdom, you are adding to the collective wisdom of the Universe.
What is the highest purpose of Channelling. By raising your vibration, you elevate yourself into the Ascension frequency and have an opportunity to elevate yourself into the 5th dimensional frequency.

傳訊是什麼？人們對於這個問題有許多不同的詮釋。宇宙由許多能量和許多實相所構成。宇宙中的一切都是能量，而且它每時每刻都在發射能量。宇宙同時存在許多實相，而我們同時存在於許多實相和許多其他維度之中。我們的每一個經驗，包括我們的思考以及細微的想法，都會產生一個能量場，並將其發送出去，而這些能量可以被接收並解讀。
傳訊就是接收這些能量場並理解或解讀它們的能力。這樣的能力是每個人與生俱來的天賦，而且每個人天生都擁有這份禮物。然而，就像宇宙中的其他事物一樣，我們必須先認識這份禮物，並且透過練習來進一步發展它。當人體的肌肉被適當鍛鍊並受到良好照顧時，它就會充分發展並最佳地支持身體。同樣地，我們也必須與這份與生俱來的天賦一起工作並加以練習。

在這場為期兩整天的工作坊中，我會先說明傳訊前必須了解的基本守則。其中包括如何正確理解和解讀在傳訊過程中接收到的影像／思想模式、情緒，並將其整理成連貫的方式，以便向接受閱讀的客戶解釋。
工作坊分為四個部分：

1. 保護：保護自己的能量場，避免被不良善的能量入侵。宇宙充滿各種不同的能量，並非所有能量都會充滿愛與善意，因此保護是絕對必要的。
2. 和諧感：確保你與所傳遞的能量保持和諧。留意自己的感覺，因為這是關鍵。你所帶來的訊息是否充滿愛且帶來擴張的能量感？
3. 解讀能力：培養解讀和理解傳來訊息的能力。很多時候傳來的訊息並非以語言形式出現，而是以符號和影像呈現。
任何練習的最大益處，都是為了提升自我的覺知。傳訊的益處在於，當你連結並引入自己通靈的高次元存有的更高振動時，你的振動也會隨之提升。這不僅會提高你的頻率，也有助於療癒大地母親。請記住，每當你提升自己的振動時，你同時也在療癒自己與大地母親，因為你們是緊密相連的。
