The opening of the third eye is a vast subject. It comprises many layers and through many time lines. It also comprises of opening the third eye in the quantum body, the auric body, the emotional and mental bodies. The true purpose of opening the third eye is in realizing the truth of who we are and then living the truth.

The third eye is connected to the pineal and opening the third eye will impact the pineal. In the middle of the pineal rests an eye called God's eye and this eye interacts with the third eye in the brow chakra and a bridge of light is created on a higher level. When this bridge of light is fully active, then one is able to access the full awareness of the third eye - that is to see beyond the illusionary nature of life and still live in the world in a balanced way but without being affected by it. Being in the world, but out of it.

In the webinar class, we will present some tools and techniques for opening the third eye. Please note that, each time you work with opening the third eye, it is only a fraction of it you are opening. There are many layers to fully opening the third eye. Consistent practice will help to open the many petals of the lotus with in the third eye.

Some of the exercises presented will be breathing exercises.

Also presented will be sacred geometry which is to be drawn on the third eye area.

Also sounds will be presented which can support to open the third eye area.

For the webinar - please bring the following -

A clear quartz crystal

Essential oil - Jasmine or rose and if not available, then any pure essential oil 

Paper to draw

The web class will be for 120 minutes in total.

在這個線上課程中，我們將介紹一些可以協助人們，開啟第三眼的工具和技術。第三眼有很多層次，因此當你每次試圖去開啟第三眼時，你其實只是開啟了它的一小部分。持之以恆地練習，將有助於開啟第三眼中的許多蓮花花瓣。

我們還會提供一些呼吸練習，並且分享可以在第三眼區域繪製的神聖幾何圖形。

線上課程期間，請預備以下物品: 

透明白石英水晶

茉莉花或玫瑰精油。如果沒有這兩種精油，可以使用任何純精油。

繪畫幾何圖形的白紙

課程時長為兩小時。
