Buddha Speaks On Assumptions
Assumptions are limitations. If we observe, we will notice that we are always making assumptions. Assumptions are coming from our own limited beliefs and thoughts. Why do we assume?
Assumption is also coming from a place of judgement. Many a time we assume even without knowing about the experience or anything. We simply assume from our limited awareness.
When we assume, we are not seeing the entirety of the experience or situation. Assumption is a byproduct of the lower energy centers in the body. Assumption gives a false sense of control or security.
How would you like to live without making an assumption of any expressions of life? For this you need to let go of control and trust the process.
Be objective but never assume. Observe but don’t judge.
I give below two hand gestures to bring the awareness of self-trust and faith in oneself. When you believe in yourself fully, you will not assume nor judge.

假設是種限制。如果我們觀察一下,就會發現自己總是在做假設。假設來自於我們受限的信念和想法。我們為什麼要做出假設呢?
假設其實也來自判斷。很多時候,我們甚至在不了解一件事,或任何事情的情況下,就先做出了假設。我們只是根據自己有限的意識,便徑直假設。
當我們假設時,我們有可能並沒有看到整個的經歷或情況。假設是一個人身體較低層的能量中心的副產品。假設會給人一種錯誤的控制感或安全感。
你會想要生活在對任何事都必須做出假設的情況下嗎?你只需要放棄控制,並信任整件事的過程即可。
保持客觀,切勿假設。觀察,但不要批判。
下面兩個手印,會為你帶來自信和對自己的信心。當你完全相信自己時,你就不會斷然假設或批判。

Mystical Teachings of Lord Buddha
The Yin energy of night is the receptive energy, the energy of nurturance. It is the womb which prepares for the birth. Look at a butterfly. It stays in its cocoon for a long time - in the Yin energy preparing itself to birth into something new.
One simple exercise to do - Turn off all lights - no light should be there. Complete darkness - no light from street lamps or any light at all. In this complete darkness - sit for meditation - be still for twenty minutes. Observe your breath going in and out. You will start to go into a deep trance state.
Make the statement in your mind - I embrace the darkness of pure creation and I and darkness becomes one and I allow the darkness to birth the new me. In the darkness of Yin, new energy is created and then use the Yang energy of the day to strengthen the new energy which was birthed in the darkness.
Creation takes place in a balanced way.

夜晚擁有一種接受及滋養的陰性能量。這也是子宮為出生所預備的能量。讓我們來看蝴蝶的例子。它在蠶繭中會待上很長的一段時間,此舉正是為了要在陰性能量中做足準備,以便能夠誕生成為全新的自己。
你可以做一個簡單的練習。請關閉室內所有的燈,讓室內沒有任何的光源。你處於完全的黑暗之中,甚至沒有路燈或任何光亮。在這樣完全的黑暗中,請安靜地坐下來,冥想二十分鐘,並且觀察自己的呼與吸。你將開始進入深度恍惚的狀態。
請在你的頭腦裡,宣告: 我擁抱純粹創造的黑暗能量;我與黑暗能量合而為一;我允許自己從黑暗能量中誕生。你會從陰性的黑暗能量中,產生新的能量,然後再運用白天的陽性能量,來強化在黑暗中所誕生的這個新的能量。

Today our guest is Mahakasyapa.
MAHAKASYAPA
What is your aspiration in life? What do you aspire for? Is it Buddhahood or other life expressions? The secret is all of humanity is seeking Buddhahood as their ultimate goal whether they are conscious of it or not. Every life expression should be utilized for this. Let your whole life be an exploration of this Buddha nature within you. It you devote every life expression of life as an opportunity to unearth the Buddha nature within you, then you are living your Dharma. Now what is Buddha nature inherent in all of us? It is the self realization that you are the greater source of light which is connected to the seed light from which all lights emerge. So life expression is to simply rediscover this light within you by polishing the mirrors of your life so that you can see your inner reflection.
This full awareness of your Buddha nature can happen any moment and it is your desire and love for yourself which will reveal this to you. So be alert! Don’t go chasing to subdue the mind or the many false empty slogan - empty the mind. In truth you can NEVER empty the mind. Instead hold firmly within your mind - Buddha Exists within me. My physical expression is as aspect of Buddhahood. I am the Buddha within. Let these thoughts be the prime thought in your mind. This simple awareness held as your living truth will draw forth your Buddha nature within you. The only thing you need is your true desire to discover this.

PS. After the noble one left his mortal remains, I continued to spread his guidance through the council we set up to all who were seeking. I attained my full Buddhahood before my passing away in that lifetime.

摩訶迦葉
你人生的願望是什麼?你在企求些什麼?是成佛,還是其他的生命表現?不論人類有沒有意識到這一點,所有人都在將尋求成佛這件事,視為是自己的最終目標。每一種生命的表達方式,都該以此為目的。請將你的一生,用來探索自己內在的佛性。如果你把生命的每一次表達,都當作是挖掘自己內在佛性的機會,那麼你就是在實踐自己的佛法之道。我們每個人原有的佛性是什麼?就是自我了解到,自己是一個與種子之光相連的更大光源。所有的光都來自這個種子之光。生命的表達會透過擦亮自己生命的明鏡,然後重新發現自己內在的光,來看見自己內在的倒影。
任何時刻,你都可能對自己的佛性有充分的認知。你對自己的渴望和愛,將會讓你成就這一件事。請警惕!不要想著去征服自己的頭腦。淨空頭腦只是許多虛假空洞的口號之一。事實上,你永遠也不可能去淨空頭腦。相反地,你應該要將佛陀存在於我之中這句話,牢記在心。我的身體是佛性的一個面向。我是自己內在的佛陀。讓這些想法成為你頭腦之中的首要想法。你生命中的這個簡單的覺知,正是你的真理。它將會為你帶出自己內在的佛性。你唯一需要的,是自己真心想要去發現這一切。

Today we have a very special guest - the snail elder who protected me from Sun. Snail Elder - SIHIAMUU
When you spontaneously step into helping anyone, you are expressing a higher part of your knowingness - a knowingness of oneness and love. Look at Mother Earth - she is continuously helping you through her feeding you and supporting you in all ways. The air is supporting you always without asking anything in return. In being kind it helps you create a space for others to believe in the goodness of humankind. In giving your energy and sharing, you also balance the karmic energy within you. In helping you express the love of your heart and it is this love energy which balances the karmic energy. We have noticed that many a time human beings want to help, but then their mind comes into play. Questions arise in the mind and doubt comes in and they stop. They had an opportunity to display a higher part within them but then mind came into play. Be aware of this phenomenon. Be a bringer of hope through your kindness.
Now some of you might ask, how do we help? When we move our body whether in the water or on the ground, we are emitting sound frequencies which nourish Mother Earth. We move collectively as a group and this collective group energy is also transmitted to the ground and Mother Earth holds this energy and sends out this unity energy. Like us, you are also helpers of Mother Earth. Find ways in your own unique way to help all.
Now another question which comes up is, how did we come to associate with the noble one? In our collective walk on a hot day, we saw the noble one sitting and meditating and there was no shade over his head. The sun was very bright and we collectively decided to crawl on top of the noble one’s head and form a canopy of us, so that his head will be protected from the scorching sun. We stayed there till the noble one finished his meditation. We felt happy about our service to the noble one and our hearts opened to the noble one’s energy even more. The noble one was moved by our gesture for he knew our pure intent and he blessed us stating that our deed will be remembered for ages to come. Hence you see in the statues and paintings of the noble one, the curly hair is a representation of us.

當你自發性地去幫助任何人時,你正是在表達自己更高層次,對於合一和愛的認知。請看大地母親的例子。她不斷地以滋養和各種支持的方式,來幫助你。你呼吸的空氣,也一直在支持你,而且不求任何的回報。友善會幫助你為他人創造出一個相信良善的空間。在你分享自己能量的同時,你平衡了自己內在的業力能量。在你表達內在之愛時,這個愛的能量也會平衡業力的能量。我們注意到,雖然很多時候人們想要提供自己的幫助,但隨後他們的頭腦就會開始介入。腦中會出現問題及懷疑,於是他們便停下了自己的動作。他們原本有機會去展示更高部分的自己,殊不知自己的頭腦便會開始作祟。請留意這個現象。請透過你的良善,讓自己成為希望的攜行者。
有些人可能會問道,我們可以如何提供協助呢?我們無論是在水中,還是在地面上,移動自己的身體時,都會發出一種可以滋養大地母親的聲音頻率。我們會以集體的方式行動,而且這個集體能量會被傳遞到地面。這時持有這個能量的大地母親,就會散發出這種統整合一的能量。你們和我們一樣,也是大地母親的幫手。請你以自己獨特的方式,找到可以幫助所有人的方法。
另一個問題是,我們是如何與尊者互動的?我們曾在某個大熱天的集體散步中,看到尊者正坐著冥想,而且頭上並沒有任何遮陽之物。當時的陽光非常炙熱,於是我們決定要爬到這位尊者的頭上,並以自己的身軀搭造一個遮篷,好讓他的頭部,免於受到烈日的炙烤。我們一直待在那裡,直到尊者完成了他的冥想。我們為這項服務感到高興。我們的心也更加向著尊者的能量敞開。尊者被我們純粹的意圖及行動所感動。他祝福我們,並表示我們的行為將會被流傳千古。我們正代表著,你在尊者的雕像和繪畫中,所看到的髮髻。

In the palm of each hand there is a sacred mandala. This mandala is connected to the many universes existing within. In the mandala there are 8 geometrical patterns and these corresponds to the 8 patterns of creation. There are also the sun, the moon, the stars, and the Great Central Sun within the palm. There are electrical chords within your palms which create warmth within your palms. There are also eyes within your palms. So when you touch anyone with your palms, you are transmitting energy of ascension or evolution into them. Your palms have colors - they emit golden blue color. You can touch your body and download these colors into those parts of the body for healing and wellbeing.
Meditate on your palms and awaken to these magnificent energies.

Today our guest is - Maheleshwari who offered me water in one of my daily walks to teach and share.
MAHELESHWARI
The noble quality of breath is overlooked. The breath not only animates you but sustains you and supports your growth physically and spiritually. The breath is to the body, the wing to the bird. The very breath you take is an indication to the Universe about your participation in the expansion of the Universe. The breath contains the energy of awareness as the air you breathe is alive with consciousness. The breath was designed as a means for you to expand and evolve. Expansion is evolution. All traditions have emphasized about the importance of breath.
Make a statement daily - I offer my breath to myself and from the very beat of my heartbeat I awaken the Buddha within me. I am the gift of breath to myself. The noble one always guided us to be attentive of our breath. He taught us that when we are angry and have hatred in our heart then our very breath expands that consciousness within us. Whatever consciousness we carry, it will be expanded through breath.
One of the techniques he taught us is to breathe water - imagine you are breathing water, then you are breathing mountain, you are breathing sky and you are breathing the night. This breathing technique helped us to remember our inherent Buddha nature within us by expanding our pituitary and pineal gland. The higher awareness exists in these organs. The hair inside the nose has an important function. When we breathe and the air passes through the hair in the nose, it creates codes within us. These codes are related to the memory within our cells and acts as a catalyst for our cells to release the higher awareness memories. Use the hair within your nose as a tool to access higher awareness within your cells. Each of your major organs is a galaxy by itself and much is hidden from you. Use the hair in the nose to explore these vast galaxies of your major organs. It is through the explorations of these inner galaxies within us, we slowly discovered our inherent Buddha nature.
After I gave the water to the noble one, he blessed me and that started my journey to Buddhahood. I left my life as the daughter of a merchant and I followed him. I became one of his female disciples and I dedicated my life to the noble one’s teachings.

人們一直忽略了呼吸的重要特質。呼吸不僅能夠使你充滿活力,同時還能夠支持你,在身體和靈性方面的成長。呼吸之於身體的重要性,正如同鳥類的翅膀。你的每一次呼吸,都是在向宇宙表示,你參與了宇宙的擴張。你呼吸的空氣中,充滿了意識,因此呼吸也攜帶著意識的能量。呼吸是讓你能夠擴展和進化的一種方式,而擴張也正是進化。所有的傳統都在強調呼吸的重要性。
每天請宣告——我將呼吸奉獻給自己。我從自己的心跳中,喚醒自己內在的佛陀。呼吸是我給予自己的禮物。尊者總是引導我們,去專注自己的呼吸。他教導我們,當自己的心中有憤怒和仇恨的情緒時,我們的呼吸也會擴張這些內在的意識。無論我們攜帶著何種意識,它都會透過呼吸而擴張。
尊者教導我們的技巧之一,就是呼吸水元素。請觀想你透過水元素呼吸,然後吸入山脈,天空,及夜晚。這個呼吸技巧,會透過擴張我們的腦下垂體和松果體,來幫助我們憶起自己內在的佛性。這些器官中存在著更高的意識。鼻子內的鼻毛,具有重要的功能。當我們呼吸的空氣穿過鼻毛時,它會在我們的體內產生密碼。這些密碼與我們細胞內的記憶有關。它也是我們細胞釋放更高意識記憶的催化劑。你可以運用鼻毛,來作為獲得細胞內更高意識的工具。你的每一個主要器官,本身就是一個銀河系。有很多這樣的資訊,是隱而不宣的。你可以藉由鼻毛,來探索自己主要器官中的這些內在銀河系的奧秘。我們也正是透過這樣的探索,慢慢地發現了自己原有的佛性。
當我為尊者供水後,他祝福了我。那開啟了我的成佛之旅。之後,我離開了自己商人之女的生活,並追隨了他。我成為他的女弟子之一,並將我的一生奉獻於尊者的教導。

Today our guest is Sariputra- one of my principal disciples.
SARIPUTRA
In the seeking, one must allow space for new revelations. Many times we seek from our limited perspective. Our minds are conditioned to think only in certain ways - to survive, to follow and to fear the unknown. So most of the time we are seeking from these limited perspectives. The Buddha nature in all human beings is vast and cannot be comprehended by a conditioned mind. The mind needs to be expanded for new perspectives to come in, a new belief system to be born. For this expansion to happen you must hold the awareness that you are in any given moment only expressing a very tiny part of you and you have a larger part of you which is unexplored and you are willing to explore this unopened part within you.
The noble one taught about this by giving us a simple technique. The noble one asked us to imagine stepping into a vast ocean and going deep into the depths of the ocean where there are no waves and to be in that depth for some time. Each time we did this simple exercise, it took us more and more deep within us. He instructed us to stay in this depth within us where there are no thoughts, nothingness. In this nothingness, slowly new and higher perspectives started to appear and we allowed this to simply bloom. This was the exercise we followed and we started to realize that from emptiness springs everything. Emptiness is the vessel which holds everything. This was the main meditation practice we did while we were with the noble one. In being with the noble one, I observed and learned much. The noble one taught through his example. He practiced what he taught all of us. He taught us that all human beings are equal and has Buddha nature within them. He saw everyone as Buddha, waiting to be discovered within themselves.
He taught us a prayer - DHAMO PADO, DHAMA SAA. It means I and Buddha are one within me.

舍利弗
在一個人尋求的過程中,一定要為新的啟示預留出空間。很多時候,我們會從自己有限的角度,在尋求。我們的思維習慣於以某些特定與生存、追隨和恐懼未知有關的方式思考。因此,很多時候我們都只是從這些有限的視野去尋找。然而,受制約的心卻無從理解,一切眾生的廣大佛性。我們的思維需要擴張,才能出現新的視角,從而誕生新的信念體系。你必須意識到,自己在任何特定的時刻,都只表達了自己的一小部分。你必須去探索,自己內在那個尚未被開啟的更大的部分。這時才會發生思維的擴張。
尊者透過一個簡單的技巧,來教導我們這一點。尊者請我們觀想,自己走進了一片浩瀚的海洋,並且深入到沒有波浪的海洋深處。他請我們在那個深處,待上一段時間。當我們每次做這個簡單的練習時,我們會越來越深入自己的內心。他教導我們要留在自己內心的這個深處。在那裡沒有思想,空無一物。在這樣的虛無中,更高的全新視角,慢慢地開始出現。我們一直遵循著這個練習,並讓它如實簡單地發生。我們開始意識到,一切都是從空性中所產生的。空性是容納一切的容器。這是我們與尊者同在時,所做過的主要冥想練習。在與尊者同在的過程中,我觀察並學到了許多。尊者總是以身作則地教導。他也會親自實踐,教導我們所有人的練習。他還教導我們,眾生平等,而且眾生皆有佛性。他將每個人視為正在等待發現自己的佛陀。
他教導了我們一個祈禱文——達摩.帕多,達瑪.撒(DHAMO PADO, DHAMA SAA)。這個祈禱文的意思是,我和佛陀在我之內合一。

Today our guest is Kanua, the maid at the palace where I grew up.
KANUA
In the innocence, there is beauty. In the innocence there is grace. In the innocence there is love. In all life streams there are moments of innocence, beauty, grace and love. Look for it in daily life. It gets hidden in the hustle and bustle of life. These hidden treasures are the expressions of your soul and can support you in times of strife in your life. When was the last time you smiled to yourself? When was the last time you saw beauty in yourself, you saw as graceful, you saw as love? One of the reasons you have come here on earth is to self express in the true nature of you which contains all the above attributes.
In being with the noble one in the palace, I saw the noble one expressing these and his interactions with everyone ( cooks, maids, charioteers, palace guards, royal merchants and others) was always from this place of love, grace, beauty and innocence. He lived these expressions as his truth. This was the noblest quality I learned from him. I also observed and learned the art of silence and contemplation. The noble one in his silence, walked among the palace grounds, among the trees and flower kingdoms in the palace ground contemplating the nature of reality. In the many stories told of him being shielded from the sufferings of the outer world, the story of his search was in fact started when he was still in the palace through his silent walking and observing nature and it is this which nurtured in him the quest to seek greater meaning of life.
Now contemplate - what is the meaning I want to give to my life? When you come from a place of innocence and love, every moment and every expression of life becomes an opportunity for self discovery. The noble one was open to discovering the life’s secrets through his silent contemplation and observation. Are you open to discovering more of yourself? The noble one accepted all as they were in the palace. This made us all comfortable in his presence. You can only accept others when you fully accept yourself. I welcome you into the world of silence and contemplation and discover once again your innocent and inner beauty.

PS. I followed the noble one during the later part of my life and I attained my Buddhahood in my 9th future life.

今天我們的嘉賓,是我在宮殿時的女侍,卡努阿(Kanua)。
卡努阿
純真之中,有美麗,優雅及愛。純真、美麗、優雅和愛,存在於所有的生命時刻。你可以在日常生活中尋找到他們。他們就隱藏在喧囂的生活中。這些隱藏的寶藏是你靈魂的表達。當你遇上衝突時,他們可以為你提供支持。你上一次對自己微笑,是什麼時候?你上一次看到自己的美麗、優雅、愛,又是什麼時候?你來到地球上的原因之一,就是要來表達上述這些真實本質的所有屬性。
當我在宮中與尊者同在時,我看到他與廚師、侍女、車夫、宮廷侍衛、皇家商人等每個人的互動。在那樣的互動中,總是充滿了愛、優雅、美麗和純真。他把這些表達,當作是自己的真理。這是我從他身上所學到的最高尚的品質。我還觀察並學習了沉默和沈思的藝術。尊者常靜默地行走於宮殿的花園之中,思忖著實相的本質。有許多關於他未曾經歷外界苦難的故事,但事實上他的尋找正是從他還在宮殿中時,透過靜默的行走和觀察大自然開始的。這也在他心中孕育了,要去追尋生命更大意義的想法。
現在請你思考一下,你想賦予自己什麼樣的生命意義?當你擁有純真與愛時,生命的每一個時刻和每一種表達,都將成為你自我發現的機會。尊者敞開了自己,並以靜默的沉思和觀察,去發現生命的秘密。你是否願意發現更多的自己?尊者接受了一切,就像他在宮殿時那樣。我們在他面前都感覺很舒適。惟有當你能夠完全地接受自己時,你才能接受他人。我歡迎你進入靜默和沈思的世界,並再次發現自己的純真和內在之美。

Our guest today again is Ananda, my beloved disciple and attendant.
ANANDA
Today we would like the concept of sorrow. What is sorrow? Is it tied into your wants or needs? Is it coming from your belief systems or from expectations? What triggers the emotions and feelings of sorrow? If you observe carefully, it is coming from a place of not getting what you want - it could be a loss, it could be, not getting enough love or no love at all or anything else. Sorrow comes from loss. This loss could be anything - losing control of a situation, or in life in general.
Loss, is a concept you hold as true with in your being. When you know loss and win is a product of our own self definition of what is occurring or creating, then you would see sorrow in a different context. Wanting or needing is the basis of all sorrow. When you don’t get what you want, your thoughts about it causes your emotional body to react and create feelings about it. So look at sorrow and see what is it you want and you don’t have it now and what is your thought about it. So thought analysis will help you to move from sorrow to another place of your choosing. Freedom comes from not wanting and needing something from outside. Treasure and enjoy what you have but see to it that it does not control you and make you dependent on it. In this way, there is little attachment.
In being with the noble one, this was a hard lesson I had to learn. I wanted to be loved and admired by the noble one. There was petty jealousy among many - to see who can be close to the noble one and draw his attention. I had to overcome this attachment - attachment to closeness to feel good about myself by being with the noble one. I was tested again and again by the noble and only when I let go of this attachment fully, was I fully accepted into the noble one’s inner circle and then to become his attendant. So analyze your life and heal yourself. Prolonged sorrow can become grief and grief can turn into anger and resentment and this can turn into rage and violence. All human beings hold some amount of grief coming from the birth trauma. Heal this base trauma and it will shift the many other grief energy which is mainly birthed from the birth trauma.

今天我們想要了解悲傷的概念。什麼是悲傷?它是否與你的需求有關?它來自於你的信念體系,還是期望?是什麼引發了你的悲傷情緒和感受?如果你仔細去觀察悲傷,它是因為你沒有得到自己想要的東西,而產生的反應。這可能源自一種損失,也可能是你沒有得到足夠的愛,或根本沒有接收到愛,或是其他的原因。悲傷來自於失去。這種失去有可能是指任何事情。例如:失去對於某種情況的控制力,或者對於整個生命的掌控能力。
失去,是你存在中所堅信的一個概念。當你知道失敗和勝利,是我們對於正在發生或創造的事情的自我定義下的產物時,你就會願意在不同的場景中,來檢視悲傷。想要或需要是所有悲傷的基礎能量。當你沒有得到自己所想要的東西時,你對它的想法會導致你的情緒體做出反應,並產生相對應的感覺。請看著悲傷,也看著自己想要卻沒有得到時的想法為何? 分析這個想法將會幫助你,從悲傷轉移到你所選擇的另一種情緒。當你不想要或不需要外來的東西時,你便會心生自由。珍惜並享受你所擁有的,但也要確保它不會控制你,並讓你心生依賴。如此一來,你也就無所執著了。
當我與尊者同在時,這是我必須要學習,且有相當難度的功課。我希望能得到尊者的愛和敬重。這讓許多人對我存在著小小的嫉妒之心。大家都在看著,誰能接近尊者,並吸引他的注意。我必須克服與尊者保持親密關係的執著,以及放下與尊者同在時的自我良好感覺。我一次又一次接受了尊者的考驗。當我完全放下這個執著時,我才完全被接納進入了尊者的核心圈,並成為了他的隨侍。你需要分析自己的生命,並療癒自己。長期的哀傷有可能會變成真正的悲傷,而悲傷可能會演變成憤怒和怨恨,並最終成為憤怒和暴力。所有人都曾經因為生產時的創傷,而承受了一定程度的悲傷。請療癒這個基本的創傷。它將可以轉移由出生創傷所衍生而來的許多其他悲傷能量。

Our guest today again is – ANANDA.
Life is like a leaf in a branch. When the leaf sprouts, it is small and in variations of colors. Then it becomes larger and the colors become more vivid. Many a time it takes on one color and stays with it for a larger time. After it completed its intended purpose, it starts to lose its vitality. Slowly the colors change and fade and the life force of the leaf deteriorates. It readies itself to fall off from the branch and go back to the source which created it.
Human life if you observe is like the life of a leaf. It goes through all the stages of birth and eventual death but returning again may be in another form or other forms of life’s expression. When we become fully aware of the cyclical nature of life, then life takes on a new meaning and the attachments created by the lower ego self loses its grip. In this realization in its fullness, we enjoy the fullness of life and cherish all aspects of life, knowing fully well that all moments will change as per the laws of the universe for higher expression. For this higher expression to occur, change must occur. Life by its very nature is upward movement. In being with the noble one, I and others practiced our daily expressions of life through this understanding and this helped us to move forward even after our noble one left his body.
Now take a moment to reflect. Which part of your life you are clinging to? Which part of your life controls you? Which part of your life takes your greater amounts of your time and energy? Breathe into it and allow your breath to flow through that part and this will start to release the hold it has on you. When you cling to any part of you, you are resisting the flow.
Breathe and make a statement - I release all resistance to life. This was an exercise the noble one taught us and we practiced this daily before we began our day.
Freedom lies in non resistance.

今天我們的嘉賓,又是阿難(ANANDA)。
生命就像樹枝上的一片葉子。葉片在發芽時,體積雖小卻顏色各異。之後葉片長大,顏色也變得更加鮮豔。很多時候,它會在更長的時間下,維持一種顏色。當它完成了自己預定的目的後,便會開始失去活力。慢慢地,它的顏色會開始改變並褪色。這時葉子的生命力,會隨之減弱。它已然準備好,要從枝頭掉落,並回歸創造的源頭。
你若觀察人的生命,會發現它也類似葉片的生命週期。人同樣也會經歷出生和最終死亡的所有階段,並以另一種形式,或生命的其他表達形式,再次回歸。當我們充分意識到,生命的循環本質時,生命就會呈現出新的意義。這時小我的依戀,就會失去對於你的掌控。在這種完整的認知中,我們得以享受圓滿的生命,並珍惜生命的各個面向。我們可以充分理解,所有時刻都會根據宇宙的法則,而有所改變,以成為更高的表達形式。為了實現這個目標,生命勢必要有所改變。生命的本質,是一個不斷向上的運動。在與尊者同在的過程中,我和其他人透過這個理解,來練習我們日常的生活表達。即使在尊者離世之後,這一點仍然幫助我們,得以繼續前進。
現在請你花一點時間,反思一下。你正執著於自己生命的哪一個部分?你生命的哪一個部分,正在控制著你?你生命中的哪一部分,佔據了你較多的時間和精力?吸氣,然後讓你的呼吸流過那個部分。這會開始釋放它對你的束縛。當你緊緊抓住自己的任何一個部分時,你正是在抗拒生命的流動。
呼吸並宣告: 我釋放自己對於生命的所有抗拒。這是尊者教導我們的練習。我們在開始新的一天之前,都會練習這一點。
自由正在於無所抗拒。

Today our guest again is Ananda -my disciple and attendant.

In the process of recreating your life to express the highest part of you, few factors have to be taken into consideration. First is the intent and purpose for your creation of a new reality. The pros and cons of your creation. Does it align with my soul plan? How does my creation fit into the greater expansion of light in the Universe? Does my creation come from all the fullness of my being? Does my creation support in my self realization process and in my soul evolution? Reflect before you start the creation process.
Process of new creation -Create a creation wheel. Draw it out in a piece of paper and write down all your intentions in it like creating a wheel with spokes in it. Then place one strand of your hair in the middle and place a crystal (any crystal) on it and take it out during nighttime and place it in a place where it can receive moonlight. Leave it for one full night. Do this for three nights in a row. After three days bring your creation wheel inside and work on your creation. All the reasons you have written down will be infused with moon’s expanding energy.
Place the crystal in your hand when you meditate. Leave the hair in the creation wheel all the time. These are from the mystical teachings of the noble one which the noble one expounded and not written down and only orally transmitted. We used this technique before we began our day - asking for alms and in propagating the teachings of the noble one. Whatever we did, it was with the intention that all our actions will lead us to our Buddhahood. We created our creation wheel on the sand and stone tablet and after our creation was manifested, we destroyed our creation wheel.

In sharing, one’s life grows. You have come to the planet to grow and share. In sharing your life, you are expanding your life force through the awakening of the love within you. What can you share? The very breath you breath can be shared. Make a statement - the very air I breathe, I share with all living beings on Mother Earth. Imagine your breath going around the earth and everything being nourished. The more you share, the more you grow. Sharing is a noble quality of your Soul. When you share, you are creating a bond, a bridge and this in turn signifies your deeper knowingness that since you are connected to all, your sharing is simply an acknowledgement of this oneness with all. Share freely with all. Share in such a way that you do not disempower the other. Let the sharing be done as an act of your naturalness. Sharing also represents the act of putting into the circle of life. Sharing also represents the act of giving back to life which is supporting you in all moments. The noble one shared his life fully. Not just his wisdom but his kindness, his love, his food and his very essence itself - he never owned anything. Whatever he had, he shared freely. The very act of sharing your life is one of the direct and fastest paths to awakening your Buddha nature.

PS. After the noble one passed away, I was invited to join the first Buddhist council and I served in this capacity till I left my body. I attained my full Buddhahood before I passed away.

On the road to mastery, many things are important. The inner need and the outer need. A seed cannot bear fruits unless it is joined to the plant/tree. In the same way, you need the outer vehicle to bring out the inner one within you. There is a dividing line with in you called the threshold frequencies. This magical frequency is located within your thymus area. When you activate the many frequencies within the thymus, then you will be operating beyond the ego consciousness. The threshold energy can be activated by gazing inward - your inner focus on thymus and when activated, you cross beyond the 3D matrix. It means you are out of the time loop of your 3D Reality. Make a statement - I exist in the frequencies of my thymus. I AM THYMUS. I AM THYMUS. I AM THYMUS. You will still be in 3D world, but it will be from a detached perspective.

In seeking the treasures of the body, one forgets the immortal treasures one has inside. Stop and look - be fully present - in all your being - in the body, mind and soul. By bringing full awareness throughout your being, you are directing your gaze inwards and this opens the inner eye within the body. Every cell has an inner eye and the key to open these inner eyes is by focusing inward. As you evolved through many different versions of yourself through millennia, many structural changes took place within your body and genes. These need to be realigned with your soul trajectory codes. These in turn will help you to adjust and adapt to the changing environment and not be lost in the matrix energy. Although our outer reality is an important aspect of our overall growth, the outer reality should be used as a tool for our inner journey. In my own journey into my self realization, I was trapped in the outer glory of my body and my beauty, and it brought me moments of joy and pleasure, but not contentment. Stop and ponder. Are you content in your life? What do you truly need to feel content? The answers may vary each day, you ask this question. When you are in service to glorify the Buddha nature in you and in being service to all, contentment naturally follows. Seek contentment and see your life bloom. Contentment is the seed for inner growth.

PS. After renouncing my life as a dancer and courtesan, I sought refuge in the noble one. I found the meaning of my existence through his guidance and I attained my Buddhahood in seven lifetimes.

在人們追求自己身體寶藏的同時,卻常會忘記自己內心所擁有的不朽寶藏。請停下腳步觀看,並全然存在於你的整個存在,亦即身體、頭腦和靈魂之中。當你將充分的意識帶到自己的整個存在中時,你便會將自己的目光轉而向內,並開啟身體中的內在之眼。每個細胞都有一隻內在之眼。要打開這些內在之眼的關鍵,正是向內聚焦。

TRAPUSA
One must ponder deeply - what are we trading in our life? The life you express is the message and your offering to the Universe. Do you trade your inner truth for outer glory? Were there times in your life, you betrayed yourself in seeking outer glory? Is your life lived as a tradeoff? I offer you something and I expect or demand an offering back. How do you expend your life energy? As a game to be won all the time? Now can you choose to be a merchant of your inner truth, your inner peace, your graciousness and your love? When you offer your inner merchandise without any agenda, then you are truly expressing the Buddha nature in you. You are the Buddha within You. Look inside to see the treasures within you and freely share them. In this you become a holy merchant, a cosmic dispenser of your Buddha nature.

PS. I was deeply moved by the humbleness and simplicity of the noble one when I laid my eyes on him the first time. I became his humble devotee and served him with the merchandise of my trade. The noble one visited me in my death bed and initiated me and I attained my full nirvana in three lifetimes. I bow down to the noble one.

SUJATHA
Extremism in any aspects of life will not and does not produce the intended result. When one abuses one part of life to serve the other part ( like abusing the body for spiritual growth) then one abuses life itself for God is life itself in fullness.
Examine, is there any extremism in your life’s expressions? Which part of your life are you obsessed? All parts of life are important. Is there balance in all parts? You are the past, you are the present and you are the future.
In creating balance in all aspects, you create the potential energy of healing, growth and expansion - healing the past, balanced growth in this lifetime and sowing the seeds for benevolent soul evolution in the future.
Make a statement - I am balance. I create balance. I experience balance in body, mind and soul.

PS. Was it a random experience that I happened to pass by the noble one while he was in deep meditation in the caves of Dungeshwari? My inner compass guided me for I had prayed over several lifetimes to become a Bhikkhuni and by the touching of the noble one’s fingers when I passed the sweet milk to him, the veil in me was lifted. After the noble one attained his enlightenment, I followed his teachings while still being married with a family.

蘇加塔(SUJATHA)
在生活中任何方面的極端表現,都不會產生預期的結果。上帝是圓滿的生命。因此,當一個人濫用自己一部分的生命,去服務另一部分時(就像有些人濫用身體,來實現靈性成長),那麼這個人就是在濫用生命。
請檢視一下,在你的生活表現中,是否存在了任何的極端性?你是否對於生活的哪一個部分,有所執著?生活的各個部分都很重要。你生活的各部分是否平衡?你是過去,你是現在,你也是未來。
在創造各個方面的平衡時,你創造了療癒、成長和擴張的潛在能量。你不但療癒了過去,也學習在這一生中平衡成長,並為未來靈魂的良善進化播下了種子。
請宣告: 我是平衡。我創造平衡。我體驗自己身心靈的平衡。

What I learned from my father. I learned to observe. When you observe fully, you are fully in that moment. It’s observation of not only human beings but observation of all experiences in fullness. When you observe fully, you are employing all your senses fully. If you observe from a place of non judgement or bias or any pre- conceived ideas, then you get to know fully and feel the experience in its fullness. You will also notice the different aspects of that experience. Obsevation of one’s thoughts is critical to knowing oneself.
I also learned the art of listening. Not just hearing but listening in the fullness of my being. Again when you listen in fullness, you are employing to be in the present moment and your whole being hears it fully. When you make a prayer request, do you hear the vibrations of the word coming through and feel it within yourself? Listening to the prayers in the fullness of your being will produce much faster results.
I also learned the art of silence. Inner silence and its effects on outer silence. I learned that true silence means one with Buddha nature within oneself. My father taught me through many modalities - through silence, through observation and through listening. I bid you farewell now.
PS. You may wonder what happened to me after my father left the palace. I grew up with loving care of my mother and maids and as I did not take up the ascension of my grandfather’s throne, I left at an young age to follow my father and seek full realization. Although I was in my early teens, I had a strong desire to seek the Buddha within me. This I attained where I merged with myself fully before I left my body at an early age of 18.

我從我的父親那裡學會了觀察。當你充分觀察時,你就會完全處於當下的那一刻。我指的不僅僅是對人的觀察,同時也是對所有經驗的全面觀察。當你仔細觀察時,你會充分地運用自己所有的感官。如果你願意從一個不做批斷、不持偏見,或不以先入為主的想法,去進行觀察時,你就會全然了解並感受到完整的經驗。你還會注意到,這個經歷的各種不同面向。觀察自己的想法,對於自我的了解至關重要。
我還學會了聆聽的藝術。在聽的過程中,我們不該只是聆聽,而是要全心傾聽。同樣地,當你全神貫注地傾聽時,你的整個存在就會專注於當下,並且全然地傾聽。當你提出一個祈禱的請求時,你是否從自己的內心,聽見並感受到自己話語中的振動了呢?祈禱時,若你能夠全心全意地傾聽,那會為你帶來更快速的結果。
我還學會了靜默的藝術。我學到了內在的寂靜,對於外在靜默的影響。我了解到真正的寂靜,意味著人與自己內在的佛性合而為一。
我的父親正是透過靜默、觀察和傾聽,來教導我。
我現在與你們告別。
備註: 你可能會想要知道,在我父親離開皇宮後,發生在我身上的事? 我在母親和侍女的悉心呵護下長大。由於我並沒有繼承祖父的王位,所以我在自己很小的時候,也離開了皇宮,並且跟隨了我的父親,去尋求全然的悟道。僅管當時我只有十幾歲,但我卻有著強烈追求自己內在佛陀之心。在我18歲離世之前,我已經完全與自己合一。

Maya Devi The heart seeks the truth.
What does your heart seek? Many things will come up in the mind. What the mind seeks and what the heart seeks is very different. When you seek from your heart, you are encompassing a higher part of you. Meditate on this question - What do I truly seek on all levels? What do I truly seek in my spiritual evolution? What do I truly seek in my physical life evolution? Does it correlate or is there conflict between both?
What you seek in spirit and what you seek in matter is in full alignment, true blossoming of one’s soul takes place. The plant which produces the flower are in harmony always and in this harmony beauty is created. Seek the beauty of your soul. Seek the beauty of your physical life. And let the grand beauty of your spirit emerge and soar.

In seeking one’s goal, one may miss seeing many of the gems lying around for when the mind is fixed on a particular outcome, the sensory perceptions will shift to change the perceptions and shut down many of the other higher senses like the body senses, soul senses, intuitive senses and others.
The idea of cultivation of the mind is advocated in many of the teachings of the world. I would say - cultivating and knowing the body is more important and when you know your body fully, naturally mind, emotions and feelings will all fall in place. When you get to know your body fully, then you can choose to express what emotions and thoughts you want to experience.
Talking to the body will start to express what you want to feel. You can ask your body to express a specific emotion in your body and this will produce the corresponding thoughts originating from it. Practice talking to the body.

PS. Many have wondered what had happened to me after my divine companion Gautama attained his Buddhahood. Like a magnet which charges other magnets, Gautama’s enlightenment lifted me up and I also attained liberation. 當一個人在尋求目標時,他可能會錯過周遭的許多珍寶。當一個人的頭腦專注於某個特定的結果時,他的感官覺知會發生轉變,並進而關閉了許多其他較高層次的感官,例如身體感官、靈魂感官、直覺感官及其他感官等。世界上有許多教義都曾經提倡修習頭腦思想之方。
我想說的是,善加培養和了解身體,比前者更為重要。當你充分了解自己的身體時,你的心、情緒和感覺會自然到位。當你完全了解自己的身體時,你可以選擇去表達自己所想要體驗的情緒和想法。
你可以透過與身體對談,來開始表達自己所想要體驗的感受。你可以要求身體表達出你體內的某種特定情緒,以產生相對應的想法。
請練習與身體對談。

Today our guest is the Lord of Illusions. Lord Mara. Lord Mara speaks - Illusion is simply an idea within you. In reality there is no illusion. When you open all your senses fully, you will notice that it was all a game designed by you to bring you new understandings. Illusions are simply illusions. How you look at it and gives it a meaning makes all the difference. Don’t go chasing to remove the illusions but simply use it as a tool - how you perceive your reality. The more you chase it away, the more it will cling to you.
You are the illusionary maker, the experiencer and the meaning giver. When you cherish the life you have and not running away - living fully within it, illusion does not have a space then. Whenever something turns up in your life and you resist or and wants a different outcome then your survival instincts kicks in and you act contrary to your trueness. This contrast act is called Illusionary act.
Think and pause for a moment. Which are the areas of your life you are resisting and why are you resisting and what part of you feels unfulfilled? This will give you a clue to the trappings of illusion created by your survival mind. Analyze the words of Mara and see what parts of you are holding back for sensory fulfillment?

我們今天的嘉賓是瑪拉上主;他是幻相之主。瑪拉上主說: 幻相只是你內心的一個想法。事實上,它並不存在。當你完全打開自己所有的感官時,你會發現這其實只是你所設計的一個遊戲,旨在為你帶來新的理解。幻相就只是幻相,如此而已。它會因為你看待的方式,及賦予的意義,而變得有所不同。你無須急於去消除幻相,而是將它視為是一種看待實相的工具。但凡你越想要趕走它,它就會越黏著你。
你是幻相的創造者、體驗者和意義賦予者。當你珍惜自己所擁有的生命,而不是去逃避時,你自然會完全生活在其中,此時幻相就沒有存在的空間了。每當你在生活中出現一些事情,而你開始抗拒,或想要得到一個不同的結果時,你的生存本能就會開始發揮作用,然後你就可能做出違背自己真實想法的行為。這樣的對比,被稱為幻相的行為。
這時請你稍停片刻,並開始思考自己正在抵制生活中的哪些面向?這將為你提供有關自己生存思維所創造出來的幻相陷阱的線索。請思考瑪拉上主的話,看看你在哪些部分,抑制了自己的真實感受?

Analyze the thoughts
There are thoughts of random. There are thoughts of past. There are thoughts of future. There are focused thoughts on any particular experience. Observe and analyze whether the thoughts you are having falls in any of this category? How to differentiate the truthful thoughts of your Soul?
Truthful thoughts will always stem from the present moment. It will be a thought originating not in your mind, but in your auric field and within your pineal. These two places are of great significance. The God presence within you exists in these two places. Practice breathing through these two places. Circulate the breath through both these places and animate it and then it will respond in a beautiful way. Your feelings will then be different and thoughts arising out of your feelings will be different. It will be the thoughts of your Soul and God Presence.

你可能會有隨意的想法,或是對於過去或未來的想法,或是對於任何特定經驗的想法。你可以去觀察並分析,自己的想法屬於上述的哪一類?你該如何辨別靈魂的真實想法?
真實的想法永遠源自於當下,而且它並不來自於你的頭腦,而是來自於你的光環場和松果體。這兩個地方有其極大的重要性。你內在的上帝臨在即是存在於這兩個位置。你可以透過這兩個地方,來練習呼吸,並讓呼吸在這兩個地方循環,並賦予其活力。之後它便會以一種美麗的方式,向你做出回應。你的感受會有所不同,而且你所產生的想法也會不同。這才是來自你的靈魂和神的存在的想法。

Today our guest is - Upali who was the Royal Barber in our palace.

My name meant - One who wears the truth. What does your name mean to You? Does your name invoke the remembrance of your Buddha nature within you? Your name is tied into your hair. Both your name and hair have your soul essence in it. When you discover your inner essence in your name and hair, you become who you are meant to be which is Buddha.
Your name is part of the Universe and contains all what you need to remember in this lifetime. Your hair is the transmitter and receiver of the essence of Universe. By projecting your name’s essence into your hair and sending it out into the Universe, you will allow your name to attract the required light needed for your self discovery of your Buddha within you. You are Buddha. Accept it.

PS. Although I was a humble barber and from a lower cast, the noble one and the palace people were always gracious towards me and this helped to have faith in myself and humanity and after the noble one attained his Buddhahood, I seek his blessings and expressed my desire to join his sangha and the noble one graciously welcomed me. I became a close disciple of the noble one and I attained my own full Buddhahood in that lifetime.

In the acceptance, you loved yourself.
In the glory of you, you found your Buddha within.
Allow the Buddha to emerge fully within you. Be it. In this you glorify your Buddha, and in this you honor your Buddha. Live your Buddha nature as your living truth. Let your Buddha nature be like a soothing balm on a parched skin for all who cross your path.

Today our guest is Mahanama, one of the five ascetics who heard my first sermon.
MAHANAMA
Mahanama means - one who heard. When you hear the noble truth and you live it, you become it.
Do you hear your truth and live it? What do you hear, when you listen to expressions of life? Is it just sounds or something larger? True hearing is using the Ears of the heart, where in you Hear in with your Inner Buddha Ear.
Hearing in fullness is a noble quality. Only when you hear with all your being, you will truly receive the essence of what is being said.
Practice hearing your own voice. Utter a sound and hear it with your fullness. Then notice the impact of this hearing in your physical body and senses. When you hear it fully, then the cells of your body will fully absorb the energy of that sound. Your cells will make it a Living Truth with in you.

I learned the art of listening fully from the Noble One. When the noble one uttered his first sermon, I was besides him and his entire body spoke - not just his mouth. When the utterances comes through the entirety of you, you are expressing the fullness of your Buddha nature.

摩訶那摩
摩訶那摩(Mahanama)的意思,是聽見崇高真理的人。當你聽到崇高的真理,並加以實踐時,你就會成為這樣的真理。
你是否聽見了自己的真理,並加以實踐了呢?當你在聆聽自己生命的表達時,你聽見了什麼?你聽見的是聲音,還是更高層次的東西?真正的聆聽是用心之耳去傾聽,也就是運用你內在的佛陀之耳,來傾聽。全然聆聽是一種高貴的品質。
惟有當你全心全意地去聆聽時,你才能真正領會他人所說的內容的本質。
你可以先從練習聆聽自己的聲音開始。發出一個聲音,並以完整的自己,去傾聽。請留意這個聆聽方式,對你的身體和感官的影響。當你充分去聆聽時,你身體的細胞就會充分吸收這個聲音的能量。你的細胞會讓它成為你生命中的真理。

我從尊者那裡學會了充分傾聽的藝術。當尊者第一次講道時,我就在他的身旁。我感受到他不僅僅只是透過言語,而且他的整個身體都在說話。當這些話語傳遍你的全身時,你就會表達出自己圓滿的佛陀本性。

Today our guest is -Vajrapani, one of my guardians.
What do we tightly hold on to? What is it you are trying to guard and protect in your life? Have you ever considered this? What are you afraid of losing? The answer could be many. If you look deeper, you would discover that what you are afraid of losing is your identity created by your lower self and lower ego. You identify yourself with external objects - your job, your status, your wealth and material processions and so on.
But what’s your true identity? Your true identity cannot be lost. Yes it can be forgotten or discarded for the time being but it can never be lost. Your true identity is that you are the carrier of Buddha consciousness within you. So what do you have to guard? You have to guard against your lower ego taking over your life and life expressed through it. This is the only thing you have to guard. How to keep the lower ego in check? For this self examination is required on a regular basis. Dare to become nobody - No identity, just being fully alive in each and all moments of your life’s expression. This is what I gained being with Buddha, for the noble one was not identifying with anything and therefore he was free. Welcome to the world of freedom within your Buddha nature.
VAJRAPĀNI
I followed the noble one throughout his life’s expression on the earth. I attained my full Buddhahood in the next life stream I had.

我們一直在緊緊抓住什麼?你在生活中想要守護和保護的又是什麼?你是否考慮過這些問題?你害怕失去什麼?這些問題可能有很多答案。如果你深入去研究,你就會發現自己害怕失去的,不過是小我所創造的身份。你不斷地利用外在的一切,例如你的工作、地位、財富和物質財富等,來認同自己。但你的真實身份究竟是什麼?你永遠不會遺失自己的真實身分。是的,它可能暫時會被遺忘或遺棄,但你永遠都不會遺失這個身分。
你的真實身分,是自己內在佛陀意識的載體。那你又需要守護什麼呢?你必須對自己的小我所掌控的生活,以及透過它所表達的生活,有所警惕。這是你唯一需要守護的東西。你該如何監管小我?你需要定期做自我檢視。你要勇於成為一位不具身份的無名小卒。你只在生命表達的每個時刻中,充滿活力。這就是我與佛陀同在時,所獲得的智慧。正因為尊者不曾以任何身分自居,因此他是全然自由的。歡迎你來到佛性中的自由世界。
