Blessed Souls, this is Sanat Kumara. As the planet evolves and people's consciousness also evolves, more and more advanced tools and techniques are being presented as humanity has the capacity to process this new information because of the enhancement of their light frequency. One of the new tools which is being presented is called Heart Reiki. The traditional reiki has served its purpose and continues to be useful for those who are at a level where they feel resonance with it. With the higher vibration on the planet, a new form of reiki is introduced in which the principal energy of the heart is awakened.

The purpose of all teachings must be heart centered. The wise one - Lord Buddha said - look at any teaching or tool and see whether it has heart energy in it. Opening the heart energy is vital to one's soul growth. Only through Love, you can evolve. You can gather much knowledge and have intellectual understanding. But unless you cultivate the unconditional love within your heart, you do not evolve as a soul. It is through the heart energy you are able to connect to your oversoul and to the Divine Creator.

When the heart energy is opened, it acts as a catalyst for the awakening of the dormant energies and the dormant codes within you. Since your heart is a portal, you cannot access the higher dimensional frequencies of your oversoul if the heart energy is blocked. Your heart energy is the very source of the higher power within you. Whenever you do anything through the awareness and love of the heart, your experience is infused with the love of the Creator and it will be expanded.

You are aware of the axiom - Love expands and fear contracts. Your heart expands your innermost truth and your wellbeing. There are four principal chambers within your heart, and these are connected to the Father/Mother God aspects within you. To come into a place of balance, one must fully activate the fullness of the heart chambers, all the four chambers, and then open the Well of Light within the heart chamber.

This new Heart Reiki is designed to bring forth to heal the deep traumas held in the heart chambers and then open the healing energies of the higher heart and through this connect to the cosmic heart of your oversoul.

In the workshop, we will present 24 healing hand positions to open and heal many of the wounds we carry from lifetimes. This will be an experiential workshop where we will practice in sending and receiving energies through our heart. Some of the healing modalities we will be focusing on are - healing the trauma of abandonment, healing the trauma of emotional abuse including sexual abuse, healing the trauma of violence - self and also inflicted by others on us, healing the trauma of betrayal - self betrayal and betrayal by others, healing the trauma of being neglected and not being heard, healing the trauma of harsh words by us on ourselves and also by others, healing the many traumas during the dark night of the soul and many more. All traumas affect the heart energy, and the heart energy gets weakened and diluted. This in turn affects our emotions, thought process, spiritual growth and evolution.

Also presented will the sacred symbols for the hand which will open the many meridians within you and your hands will become a receptor of higher energy from the cosmos. We encourage you to look at your heart in a compassionate way and see what is being blocked.
